Children's Milestone Photography Session | Waimanalo Beach

Glad to see you again, photo lovers!

I'm back again with a session featuring the oh-so-adorable Lilly. I've was lucky enough to photograph Lilly during her first trip to Oahu. Her father is from the island, but they live on the mainland. When they knew they were coming to the island, they contacted me to capture this special moment. They knew they wanted to include images that showed Lilly's Hawaiian roots and wanted the pictures to be taken at Waimanalo Beach Park where her father grew up. 

Lilly's mom said that Lilly likes talking, her toes, waiving at people, being read to, the song B-I-N-G-O, and cuddling with mom and dad.

Speaking of Lilly's mom, she did a fabulous job prepping her for this 8 month milestone session. She's practically a pro at this by now!

“Don’t be afraid to ask question or help with finding things if you have something specific in mind for your session. Do research or look up ideas for your session so you have an idea of what you would like. It made my ideas so much more clear and I was able to tell exactly what I had mind or possible ideas,” she advises. Great advice!
